I always thought the lyric was "Sometimes I feel DECEIVED by the slices in her hand," as opposed to "DIZZY." I assume she's referring to a girl who cuts herself, which is frequently done on the wrists and forearms. One could be deceived into thinking the person who cuts is suicidal, but quite the opposite. Usually the reason given for cutting is to actually feel something, as opposed to nothing at all.
