i remember the first time i heard this song, i didn't know it was creedence definitively, but from the sound of that twangy, swampy rock only they can do so damn well, i had a feeling it was them....my feeling was right, and I never forgot about the song...it was during a late night drive to downtown L.A...it fit the bill ever so righteously...

it is funny how this band is thought more of Cajun Music and yet the man was born in California...Amazing what a sound can do for a band. I remember when this song on Cosmos factory came out and we played it on the Stereo Turntable...Loved it...Must have been around 1969..1970,somewhere around there..
